Everything else is provided for you, each day we pack the vehicle with the gym equipment each client needs for their pre-designed workout plan.
Services include exercise therapy, senior independence, conditioning, performance, physical education and return-to-sport programming.

Our most popular location: home or strata-run condo gym, or simply your living room. All thats required from you is six feet of floor space. We’ll bring the fitness equipment, workout and specialized leadership, reducing need for clinical appointments and medical management.
IN-HOME
Let's take things outside at your favourite park, soccer field or beach. We train clients in Nanoose, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Dashwood and Bowser from the crack of dawn to late evening, public holidays included, bringing all the equipment.
OUTDOORS
PRIVATE STUDIO
If you prefer to come to us, we train every Wednesday at our beautiful privately booked RDN studio just five minutes from the Qualicum Beach waterfront. Gorgeous empty space with lots of light and hardwood floors, wheelchair assessable and onsite bathrooms.
